MMAWeekly World Rankings Updated

MMAWeekly has released their world rankings this week.  My two questions are why is Fedor still ranked number 1 when he hasn’t been tested in almost 2 years by a top ten heavy weight?  We all agree he is a great fighter, but the reality is he could be having a Cro Cop slump and we don’t even know it!  Who can say definitively that Fedor wouldn’t have suffered the same fate as Cro Cop if he had signed with the UFC a year ago?  Would you bet your 401k on it if he had that chance?  I sure wouldn’t.

 

Secondly, BJ ranked 7^th in his division?!  I can’t find the logic behind this one!  Not only has BJ beat the #1 in this division but has easily proved that in his latest fit and form is truly the Prodigy that he claims to be!  BJ should be #1 here.
